You are right, I had a small project to do the tiling few months ago, about 125sqm in total, a Togolese was recommended to me and he said 450naira / sqm, I told him to reduce the price, he came down to 350 naira, I finally got the job done at 250 naira / sqm by a young Yoruba guy in lagos, he was not desperate for the money but to give me job satisfaction, he did very well with the tiling and I went out of my way to compensate him handsomely, all his feeding for him and his boys for 3days was borne by me as well, the other building l have on ground will be handled by the same guy, very humble and he knows his onions, the Togolese guy later called me to see if I will give him the job, l told him to buzz off, I am not carried away by the fact that you are a Togolese

My first house in lagos was on a half plot of land, it was 3 bedroom ensuite, and the tenant that is currently living there is able to put his 2cars conveniently in the property, so yes it is attainable, but seek the services of a professional to assist you, l did same then when I bought the land some years ago, I will not whatsapp you, we have different kinds of professionals on here and they will help you if you want their services, good luck with your project

If am not mistaken it's the one they say is prone to leakages and maybe people are trying to tell you that you are on your own.

I have not used tiles and do not have any info on it.

Wood estimate 3/4=50pies =50*2200=110,000
2/4=170pies =1100*170=187,000
2/3=180pies=1000*180=180,000
2/2=260pies= 500*260=130,000
1/12= 50pies =1500*50=75,000
Nail= 3inch two bags, 4inch two bags 9000*4=36,000
Workmanship =120,000
Total =838,000.

The wood prices are a bit much except the wood is 18ft long. 3x4x12 is just about 1000 naira and 1300 depending on location in the south west.

Micrometer screw gauge would suit the purpose better. This is 0.09mm more accurate.

The measurement is 0.1mm on the venier scale while the micrometer gauge has 0.01mm as min.

Depending on the quality of the venier caliper errors will be in 0.1mm increments, so in measuring between 0.4 and 0.45mm the error can be too low or high in the range of 0.35 to 0.5mm compared to error range of 0.395 to 0.455mm in the micrometer.
