Cement = 60 bags - 150
Iron ➕ workmanship = 160k
Wood ➕ workmanship = 200k
Granite 15 tonnes = 75k
Sharp Sand 15 tonnes = 21k
Labour = 50k
Totalling = 656k

I guess it's good.

This quotation is a bit ok but you can still negotiate for better rate.

More so I have what we called semi cast in-Situ which is very strong and lesser what we usually use is iron plate formwork.

No please...

You definitely need to extend them to the first floor....

Think of a column as a rectanglar table with four legs at the corners, The weight of the table (self weight) and the object on the table (roof) is transferred to the floor through the legs acting in compression. In this case the legs can be considered as columns.

Hence you definitely need columns at the upper floor to effectively transfer your roof load/ beam load to the foundation

Setting one block in Lagos is N55 1,700 x 55 =93,500
In some places in Nigeria setting is about 100 to 105 block bricklayer N3500 and services N2500 daily
So N6,00 for 100 to 105 blocks
1700/105 = 16.5 ( 16.5 x 6000=98,000)
You are looking at about 100k

Give the length and breadth, the height you want and the type of covering (Longspan, Steptiles, Metcoppo or Stone coated tiles).

I would suggest introducing lintels. It will cost you a bit extra but your building will be the better for it.
