I got my stonedust delivered from abeokuta at night but the omonile and area boys accosted my shipment, estorted #30k from me especially as I don't speak Yoruba...
Please I'm having a couple of projects to handle after now, how do I handle this guys and stop the outrageous extortion

Next time you negotiate with them before you bring in the items.

I knew of someone with similar experience too and noticed thesame goes to everyone in that environment, only those that did German floor and DPc were safe... recently spoke with someone on the issue and was told that if only they had done those things stated, they wont be going through such and the cracks keeps coming from different places, like close to door frames, wall demarcation areas etc...the cracks are always increasing during dry season too, someone suggested we break those crack regions and fill with small 8" rods or bottles then dress with good quantity of cement..

Well let me start it by stating the facts
1 My friend transferred N26k plus to Sunday's account vis AZIMO which Sunday confirmed
2 Sunday called my friend back to say the money was reversed back to my friend's account and whish the money paid back of which he sent screenshots cool
3 I informed my friend who I told to have a look and fish out the mistake
4 My friend looked at her bank account and told me that no money of such was returned to her btw (I and you know how AZIMO works)
5 Sunday still insisted teh money was paid back to my friend's account
6 My friend called AZIMO with the transaction code to find out what was going o n
7 AZIMO confirmed that the money was paid and Emailed Sunday's bank to confirm payment of transaction via their 3rd party partners in Nigeria which they AZIMO inturn 2warded the emails to my friend of which she in turn 4warded to Sunday, at this point, it was clear that the fault was from Nigeria, Sunday should go to his bank to sort it out armed with the two Emails my friend sent to him
8 I suggested that Sunday should go back to his bank and request them to give him details of transaction of the money returned and to which bank or account cos btw me and you you know if you wire money via 3rd party ie western Union or AZIMO no way the money can return to ur bank,
These my friend is where we stand at the matter! Sunday have both copies of Emails and if you want I can 4ward it to you as well!

Inform the client about it. He would have settled them before so he should know
them and know those to report to.

The plan is, it will be shared into four buildings on the 200*100 piece of land. Each building will contain 2-bedroom apartment into 2 and 1-bedroom apartment ,one.
Attached to this comment, is the bill I wrote down, which my engineer gave me to take the property to DPC level. He calculated it two buildings at a time. So each of those values are for two buildings, details of each building already stated above. And below, is his workmanship, terms as stated.

The block from foundation to DPC will be something about 7000-7500 now multiple this by N50 or N60 then check the result with what the OP posted.

More so the digging will depends on the nature of the soil.

Then about the engr charges 300k per building from foundation to roof level per 1 unit of the building which comprises of 2units of 2bedrooms and 1 unit of mini flats, now how do you check this to arrived, Burning of the paper to look for another legit someone.

Lastly I doubt if that cement will finished the work. But something around 130-150 should finished the work

My brother for you to get likely accurate cost is to post your drawing if available or the full quotation your said engr gave you so that building professionals or people with experience in building can give you likely cost

If you learn you can save yourself over 1 million
If you don't understand , so they are going to kill you
Total numbers of block needed to complete the house
Two flat of three rooms is about 5000 blocks or less
Cost of setting one block in Lagos is N50 to N60
Place like Benin is 100 blocks per bricklayer and a service from N5000 to N6000
