Depending on the area/location (which only you knows here) you can build 3to4 single rooms ensuit or 2 one bedrooms or 1 two bedrooms
Anything you want to build, a good architect can help you bring out a plan

You can get good China related door with ur budget. Local door do not have good locking system, A strong push will tear d sheets and opened off. Its rust also.

1. do your due deligence on the contractor , it all depends on your perspective and accessment of the contractor. for example, I have done jobs here without anyone standing a shorty for me as the client willingly (client took the risk to pay me fully) paid money into my account for a job in Ogun state and we delivered as agreed.

You can as well use a middle man to checkmate the contractor while you make payment in batches to save yourself from the story that touch as some BAD eggs are here to rubbish the reputation of legitimate contractors.
