To n3xt, I don't believe that any contractor is fighting you. The issues you failed to nib in the bud is; It doesn't mean that other contractors don't have issues but probably they've learnt the act of conflict management/resolution. Anyone doing a search of your profile would reach the same conclusion as your accuser if the person doesn't read through correspondences.

The warnings came early, back in 2013. Brabusng / n3xt / kobocity was a novice that became a builder overnight. The problem is he didn’t invest in training nor experts because greed and selfishness cannot accommodate empathy. It’s all about grabbing money from other people’s pockets.

All way na way, ko? All na hustle. Never mind there were real people paying real money. Packaging was the name of the game and building was the arena because where else can you make a lot of money very quickly without risking close scrutiny from the authorities.

Nothing wrong with making a career change. As I recall, the most popular builder on here used to work for a soft drink company (?) before he switched to building. As far as I know, there has not been a single fraud attached to his name but here we are with our laptop builder. Incompetence is bad enough, a devious personality is worse. Victims everywhere.

If you are new here, do your thorough research, 10+ customers screaming fraud against one builder cannot be wrong.

Yes. The guys at IITA planted the trees in about 1.5meters interval in a straight line just like you would with a block fence. And it worked. As the trees mature, the demarcation and sense of presence was so pronounced that one can't make the mistake of encroachment. And to be honest, the trees added more value to the land than the stolen wire fence.

The chair should somehow mirror the curtain or blind or even the centre rug and not necessary the paint on the wall. What type or colour of the curtain are you going to use? It is also a determining factor.

However, dark chocolate leather or sued carton can go with this.

I come here for clients and even though I had it rough at the beginning, with determination and delivery of quality works, I have never run out of clients. Before I go finish on a project, another don come. Referrals seem to be my biggest. People I haven't worked for refer me and vouch that I will deliver and by his grace, I always deliver jobs the clients and the referral are proud of.


Forget the theatrics, the people here are the best pool of Nigerians. East, West, North and South working hard to lift each other up. If Nigeria needs to work, the people who will make it work are here.

The biggest obstacle here is that money is involved so people tend to be emotional and hasty but with good communication especially from the vendor, things get settled. You don't collect money from a client and your phone battery will be down or you are at a place with glitchy network. Kindly inform the client aforehand. And when you're given funds to start a project,show of commitment is required from your end. Secure the materials and show the client. Move the materials to site in less than twenty hours that way, s/he will be sure the money is secure.

These are the ways I run my own and it's working for me.

Finally, I'm up for your works. Your location isn't a problem and if quality is your watchword, I'm your plug.

Do I really need a 12mm rod for fence coping? Am struggling to understand why am told is needed just to mount a barb wire..

You do not any reinforcement to do a fence coping, since you want install barb wire just get your barb wire hangers and cast it on the coping.
