Both are not bad, but to me I can change the 2 designs and put it in the middle where you have 3 giant windows.

The projected verander and the room can have same colour of paint and the middle brick will contrast the both sides paint.

I’ve not built a house with mortar less blocks but have built retaining walls.

Those blocks are very strong and the lips are very pronounced with zero chipping on the edge. The lips here are troubling because not pronounced enough and easily chipped.

But “aki siwaju eleede peede”. I’ll wait to se you build one.

If mortar will be issh, I’ll use adhesive/glue for the blocks. There are too many alternatives out there.

This is incorrect for my circle.

We are used to certain water pressures from the USA so we add booster pumps.

Hence if I’m going to be doing that then there’s no need for natural weak pressure.

To each his own.

I think I understand your question.

Without the pump being powered water will still flow but at restricted pressure especially from a low height stanchion.

You should talk to a good solar power company. You might be pleasantly surprised at the cost on just pumps, not whole house.

You can have a average height for your overhead tank if you want to install booster pump .

Also the pump must be connected to a power source before it works ..

Spit unit for sure for me.

Even the USA is moving towards it on new builds. Lots of companies do nothing but retrofitting splits into existing homes.

No, cassette is ceiling mount. Works just like central unit ACs.

yeah, I see that already, cos some of these stuff can easily be found in southern & some east African countries, but we barely get to see them in Naija.......anyways thanks for the heads-up.

Once again, I’ve been using mine for almost a decade. NEPA gat nothing on me. The equipment run on 650VA battery which can power the gate for 72 hours in case of power failure (lesser time if your house is a public building where gate is opened every 20 minutes )

Add solar solution to the system and you can get your gate working independent of PHCN.

Kiekie1 can integrate this for you.
