Okay, because when I got the report, the man said to do full casing and gave me a price of 15k/metre for full casing.

He never really interpreted the findings/summary to me. Just told me 70m is fine and full casing is the best so as to avoid collapse.

See note below the summary (iii)

Your overburden is less than 30m, which should give a fairly stable basement. So your 8mm/10mm casing is between 6-9 pieces.

Their estate their rules. You should read the fine print.

You may appreciate this in the future as it seems they don’t want just any shitshack to be built.

I detest estate schemes because of this heavy handeness.
