He only fabricated the windows. But glass for most has not been brought to site. Imagine windows without glass. My Giant windows for the front yet to be fixed. Glass has not been provided.
65% of work done is fabrication. He fabricated a large amount of the windows but is yet to provide glass .all he needs to is provide glass and install the ones he has fabricated. Then we can sort the missing ones as I raise funds.

The issue now is Adedward doesn't need the missing materials to continue the work. What he needs to continue is the glass for the windows, so he can at least install the panel he has coulpled.Which he said he won't bring until I buy his tools back. Meanwhile we are trying to raise funds for the missing materials.

Result came out 100%.

Engineers in the house can verify readings of the test done by lagos state.

I think this is a matter of both of you making a serious mistake that has unfortunately resulted in huge losses, which in my opinion should be shared by both of you.

On this issue of missing materials, the estate sacked one of the estate Security supervisors, transfered a lot of the security guys. Now this is an estate where police officers patrol every evening. I mean each street has a security officer on standby. You cant take large materials outside estate without permit.

There's also a possibility that adedward has been to the site to take his tools while we were on Christmas break.
Because ADEDWARD told me he has been handling other projects aside my own project.
