Costume companies have provoked outrage after unveiling a Caitlyn Jenner Halloween outfit. Supporters of the transgender television star, formerly known as Bruce, have labelled the unisex ensemble "transphobic" and "disgusting". The "Call Me Caitlyn" costume is similar to Jenner's look in June's Vanity Fair magazine cover story where she unveiled her feminine identity. Spirit Halloween defended the outfit, which consists of a wig, white bodice, hot pants and sash printed with the words "Call Me Caitlyn".
