if we stuck two elections together, what would happen would depend on how we did that.
If we managed to find a particle with a fractionally positive charge and used it as "glue" we would have discovered a new particle on it's own.

If on the other hand, we suck them together magnetically, AS in, forced them to stick together, I'm guessing it would be similar to pushing two basket balls together.
