I honestly want to thank Former President Jonathan for the laudable SURE-P program.. It is quite a lovely experience. Right now, i have an unimaginable knowledge on ICT i could ever imagine.
As a token of appreciation, i kept my one month stipend to get it across to him somehow someway when he was in office. I still do...And i'm serious about it. I don't play with capitation. Whether to God or Man. Please, how do i get it across to him??
