APC Sent The Former President Of Nigeria A Birthday Message by Mindfrick(m): 10:14pm On Aug 27, 2015
As the 2015 elections draw near, the All Progressive Congress party which is set to fiercely contest with the ruling People's Democratic Party for power, has passed a clear message today that politics does not mean war. President Goodluck Jonathan turns 57 today and the president received a congratulatory message from his party's rival, APC. APC sent out the birthday greeting to Jonathan through its account on micro-blogging platform, Twitter. “Happy Birthday To The President Of The Federal Republic Of Nigeria, Goodluck Ebele Azikiwe Jonathan (GCFR), born 20th Nov 1957 (now 57),” the tweet reads. President Goodluck Jonathan who is set to be PDP’s presidential candidate for the 2015 election will be up against a strong force in the form of APC. Former Commander of the Arm Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, and former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, are all vying for the APC candidacy for the elections.
