I developed an app call Repark Mobile App© to assist car owners send SMS to the driver of another car blocking his car using the blocking car plate number without revealing his phone number. The blocking car has to be registered though. This service is aimed at car owners in cities like Lagos, Port Harcourt, Abuja and many other major cities in Africa where double parking is a daily occurrence. We had mapped out how to get the cars registered and shall evolve into many other things as we progress.

BENEFITS OF REPARK
1. This app eliminates the time motorists waste either waiting or go about looking for the driver of the double parked car.
2. With this app, car owners no longer need to expose their phone numbers to car park attendants or by dropping it on their car dashboard at every plaza, mall, market, religious places and other events and points of convergence.
3. Use of Repark shall be free for two of our three channels. Our plan is to have three channels through which car owners can use our services. Two of these channels shall be free while one shall be paid channel.

SOURCES OF INCOME
There are 4 different ways we shall be making money from this product and by our projection, we shall be making over N50m annually in revenue starting from the first year. (Will give further detail on the sources of income and other plans to an interested investor. May be required to sign an NDA)

THE INVESTMENT
We are sourcing for N3m seed fund in return for N7m to
1. Enable us perfect the fully functional Android app and deploy on other platforms
2. Enable us develop the remaining two channels.
3. Enable us pilot in either Lagos or Abuja.
4. Enable us commence sales thereafter.

REPAYMENT
1. To guarantee the recovery of your investment, we shall on a monthly basis, pay 5% of gross income into a special bank account until this N7m is raised. You may wish to withdraw from the account at any time. It's your money.
2. You or one of your representative can work with us on a director level to further protect your interest. This person may be retained even after the contract with you.
3. Investment may be converted to equity on fulfilment of terms.

OTHER FUNDING
As N3m is not enough to fund such project, we shall seek for series of funding within this period and every agreement made with you shall be fully kept. The investor shall be given right of first refusal for further funding

Though I currently reside in Abuja, I will be willing to move to particularly Lagos so as to be close to the investor for proper monitoring should the investor be residing in Lagos.
