Igbos Don't Need Any Ministerial Appointments In This Northerners Administration by Nobody: 11:02am On Aug 29, 2015 |
If you watch closely, you will notice that all the major offices has been given to the NORTH. What is now left is ministerial appointments of which I'm sure he will try to compensate IGBOs with few appointments. I here by stand that Buhari should forget about giving any ministeral jobs to any IGBO at all, he should continue with his northern brothers. Why appoint IGBOs ministers when we know fully well that you will replace them with your brothers after one year..... 1 Like 1 Share |

R2bees: Exactly my thoughts too. But, because of the constitution that requires him to appoint from every zone, he will pick a token Igbo person to do his bidding, but we know where his heart is when he was making unrestricted appointments. I hope the first Igbo person he appoints publicly say no! Take your appointments, and shove it!!! 5 Likes 1 Share |

Why are the Igbo people bothered when they started the hate? They completely forgot we are a nation and one people and now they can shout Buhari is president of Nigeria and everyone has a right to appointments when they never thought about Nigeria in the first instance. With them as ministers what happened to their region? PMB is not just going to appoint ministers for regional, tribal or religious reasons but a team of people who will join him to deliver the change we need. The mantra that brought PMB to power was CHANGE and expecting him to continue with the status quo will be the height of stupidity. When they get any appointment they can reject it. R2bees: This assertion is not too correct. There are still loads of appointments such as ambassadors, board chairmanships, executive directors, heads of agencies, parastatals and commissions and of course the ministers. Most of the positions to the north has been to minority north which is good in its own way as these people have never had the chance at govt positions. Nigeria is not only made up of Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa/Fulani. Things just started unfolding and jumping at a conclusion might not be too right at this point in time. |

omonnakoda: What is this deluded bigot ranting senselessly and stup1dly? Rejected Igbo in what way? What shame are you ranting about? BTW, between Igbo and Yoruba, who is notorious in doing attaché? Are you so daft as to not tknow the geography of the land you call your country or you're just being unnecessarily mischievous that there exists indigenous Igbos in Delta State and some other states? May I sound it loud and clear to you bigots, Igbos are not interested in unrepentant and diabolic traitors , chronic, perennial, perpetual, pathological liars! Igbos are no traitors or backstabbers and therefore are not interested in parasites! I shall explain to you in clear terms what Yoruba bigots call strategy or sophistication. The usually taunted strategy or political sophistication of Yoruba tribe is all about ass-licking of their Northern slave masters to gain undue political advantage, to the extent of colluding with them to continue the perpetuation of injustice and inequality in the polity. Mischievous Yorubas have begun another round of wicked propaganda and lies of how their Northern slave masters have been peace-loving and accommodative. That it's Igbos that always provoke their hosts in the North and in the Middle-belt. That that has been the cause of pogroms executed on the Igbos! Not satisfied, Yorubas spread wicked lies and perfidy to drag other tribes along with them to be able to stand a chance of withstanding Igbos. What an evil invention and strategy in the name of sophistication! But till date such accommodative spirit as championed by the mischievous tribe is not being extended to Christian minorities in the North; instead they have continued to be maltreated, relegated to the background and even killed. And much blood letting, killings and destruction of means of livelihoods still go on unabated in the North. For many decades now Yoruba tribe alongside their partners-in-crime spread the wicked misinformation that Igbos don't have crude oil. That Igbos are greedy and want to corner Niger-delta oil wealth. That Ondo State produces more crude oil than the whole South East. And to heighten the insult, they even say Igbos bring virtually nothing to the Federal revenue! Why do the so called 'sophisticated' tribe flourish in lies and propaganda Why do Yorubas take pleasure in twisting and distorting facts even when the truth is staring right at them Abandoned properties? Are you too rattled and envious that despite all the devilish strategies by your wicked forbears Igbos have re-acquired many parts of Port Harcourt to the shame of the enemy? Travel to PH and see for yourself and stop idling away your life at home claiming one Nigeria when in reality you barely know the geography of your country and its people. Nigeria economy assumed a downward trend when the Yorubas with co-travellers acquired all Nigerian companies by virtue of indigenization decree of 1972. But they could not manage the companies instead they ruined, defrauded, liquidated, bankrupted and destroyed all the companies - that was the mother of destruction of Nigerian economy! These swindlers bastardized the Nigerian economy. And to divert attention from their ineptitude and crass looting of the treasury Yorubas would use illogical reasoning to attempt to bamboozle other people while pointing accusing fingers elsewhere! After more than 40 years of the civil war, and despite the stolen wealth, the Yorubaland and its capital, Ibadan, cannot be said to be transformed more than Igboland. None of Yoruba cities ' Abeokuta, Oshogbo or Ibadan could be listed amongst the enviest in the world. None of their cities could be likened to, say the least, Johannesburg! At the end of the 1967-70 civil war Gowon promised to rehabilitate the East with the 3Rs. What happened. The Gowon government and the subsequent regimes diverted all jobs from the East to Lagos in the SW, carting away large chunks of Igbos revenue meant for developing and reconstructing the Eastern region to building a mega city out of Lagos to. Some decades later, the Igbos excelled in businesses and other human endeavours. Igbos conquered their lands and also began to dominate the ancestral lands of other tribes. As successful businessmen Igbos were able to buy up lands being offered for sale by the hungry indigenes. (Yet some people like you would accuse Igbos of having love for money!) As of today it would be an understatement to aver that Igbos control 50% of the economy of Lagos and its environs. The Great Igbo Nation stand tall and have excelled in virtually all socio-economic indices than the supposed 'sophisticated' tribe. With all the disadvantages Igbos faced after the war and still face in today's Nigeria they rose from grass to grace and you are not even ashamed to compare them with treasury looters. Even you a Lagos migrant who cannot use his/her ancestral home to boast, but finds it very convenient to hide behind Lagos (albeit developed by crude oil wealth from another man's backyard and the sweat and blood of ethnic nationalities in Nigeria) and rant senseless, as if Lagos is your father's estate! It's not how far but how well! Time shall tell... 2 Likes 1 Share |

Abugab: See them, charlatans who have helped to ruin this country and brought her to the present miserable state! You mean, Igbos started hate in Nigeria? Can you tell us any instance where Igbos go about causing mayhem, killing and destroying means of livelihoods? THREATS AND HATE MESSAGES BY NORTHERN BIGOTS (1) That sometime in 2010, when upon the demise of President Umaru Y'Ardua, indications emerged that his erstwhile deputy, President Goodluck Jonathan, may contest the 2011 presidential election, a prominent chieftain of this same ACF, Lawal Kaita, who was a former Governor of old Kaduna S tate, threatened that the North would make Nigeria ungovernable, should Jonathan or anyone from the South win the 2011 presidential election, claiming that such would amount to denying the North it's birthright of ruling Nigeria. (2) That true to that threat, upon the victory of Jonathan from the 2011 presidential election, massive violence was unleashed from the North by a group which called itself Boko Haram and which repeatedly took responsibility for unending mayhem which began with the killing of Youth Corp members who worked ad-hoc for INEC in that election. (3) As the barbaric killings and destructions reigned, especially with the attack by Boko Haram on the UN Building and Force Headquarters in Abuja, the Lower Niger Congress publicly posited that the nexus between the aforementioned threat by ACF's, Lawal Kaita and the Boko Haram's bloody campaigns summarily destroyed any prospects for keeping the Nigeria Union. "It was, therefore, no surprise that in October 2013, following the bold announcement by President Jonathan, presenting the sudden prospect of revisiting the master-servant constitutional arrangements of Nigeria infuriated the warmongering born-to-rule Caliphate whose cause was championed by the same ACF, and who, supported by their allies from the renegade wing of the Yoruba Southwest, launched a vicious, frontal attack on the initiative, teaming on the floor of the Conference into a majority, and driving the Conference into its first major decision, i.e. NOT TO DISCUSS THE TERMS OF NIGERIA'S UNITY. The rest of the Conference was a jamboree that provided a luxurious platform for the North/SW Alliance, parading itself as a new political party named APC, to fine-tune their violent March to the do-or-die 2015 general elections." "The new nation called Nigeria should be an estate of our great grand father, Othman Danfodio. We must ruthlessly prevent a change of power. We must use minorities in the North as willing tools and South as conquered territories and never allow them to rule over us or have control over their future" - Sir Ahmadu Bello, October 12, 1960 2 Likes 1 Share |
