After all the protocol of introduction, the 2nd respondent started its case by calling on its first witness.

The witness is 2RW01. His name is Ike Onyenweaku.

Immediately the witness is called up, the petitioner objects to the competence of the witness.

The objection arises from the replies by the 2ndR of the frontloaded witness statement.

The document is UNSWORN.

Petitioner is arguing that there are some inconsistencies in the reply served on them containing witness statements.

Petitioner is arguing that the reply under the circumstances is not in compliance with Paragraph 12(3) of the 1st schedule to electoral Act(as amended).

The 3 respondents also put a strong fight justifying the witness and their stand.
