We are looking for competent hands to fill the below positions.

1) REAL ESTATE ANALYST

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Property Sales
• Property leasing/letting
• Property Evaluation & feasibility studies
• Property management
• Design property management model
• Business development
• Manage client/artisans/agency database for optimum use
• Develop client /artisan feedback approach
• Manage the input and feedback process into client approach for the market development and review
• Develop market analysis approach for the company
• Manage market approach for profitability
• Design products bi-annually to optimize the company’s market share
• Prepare weekly/monthly bulletins and appraisals of available properties
• Effective team work

REQUIREMENTS:
• A University degree in Estate management
• Any professional certification will be an added advantage
• At least two (2) years related experience in the real estate industry
• Must be proficient in the use of MS packages.
• A strategic thinker and self-starter.
• Analytical, organization, and problem solving skills.
• Strong Interpersonal and Relationship Management Skills.

2) LEGAL & COMPLIANCE OFFICER

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Legal Advisor on all company matters
• Ensure Legal terms compliance between the company and contractors
• Deal with all legal related issues on behalf of the company
• Prepare and vet service level agreement between the company and vendors
• Shall be an integral part of all other departments/units of the organization
• Ensure compliance to company’s code of conduct by all staff members
• Carry out contract verification
• Property documents perfection
• Due diligence search on property
• Property marketing and facility management
• Effective team work

REQUIREMENTS:
• A degree in law
• Must have graduated from law school
• At least two (2) years cognate experience.
• Must be proficient in the use of MS packages.
• A strategic thinker and self-starter.
• Excellent reputation for integrity and judgment.
• Analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a good eye for details
• Strong Interpersonal and Relationship Management Skills.
