Pls am using Android phone and I subscribed mtn bbm BIS on it and isn't working , I downloaded GAE PROXY But all to no avail. I called 180 several times but they not answering my calls. And I also tweeted them until now no response. Pls what should I do? Am counting on you quys. THANKS
