In kitchen phone, in keke phone, on bed phone, on Okada phone, the worst is; I no fit sh*t inside toilet without my phone on my hand. Please HELP, how can I stop this or is normal??

Do you really want to cure this addiction? If yes, go back to that toilet and open the toilet seat/sink, look inside it, then drop your phone. That's the therapy you need... now your addiction is cured.

d best and most proven method to stop ds addition is to always keep a low battery.....say less than 15 per cent, never keep ur phone charged and d addition will start diminishing. if u ar a business person get a small torchlight phone dat is not internet enabled. and dont frget to stop subscribing....i av been there ...goodluck
