he survived because he was in a comma, means he is or will be cold anyway so will not feel any cold. Comprende? a lot of people must have died because of the incompetence of some nigerian doctors with inadequate and worn out hospital equipments

Another fact is that the man must have been sick and terminally expiring in the hospital bed, he was denied of food in form of intraveinous fluids, treatment, and proper cross ventilated air, and he later woke up, healthy enough with a ravenous appetite for SOLID food and healthy enough to be discharged.
Modern doctors will say its a case of spontaneous recovery, as if that explains anything, spontanoeus sero remission also doesnt satisfy my curiosity as to why some ppl just wipe themselves clean of the HIV while some die, i follow the medical journals on HIV and there is a massive debate out there different opinions, no concensus, some even say the ARV is worse that the virus while some say its just a harmless benign passenger virus.

Contrary to popular opinion doctors dont know everything, i have seen western doctors fail and the patient was taken to traditional bone setters and then started walking in one week..
