Cultural / Tribal Unity - Nigerians, We Salute You by Nobody: 9:20am On Apr 04, 2009 |
I sort of feel there have been too many threads that seperate us all as Nigerians. Yes, though Nigeria is a very diverse country, with over 250 languages, further split up into different dialects, we have one thing in common still - our love for our country as Nigerians. That alone should be enough to unite us, form strong bonds, regardles of what part of Nigeria we're from - North, South, East or West. The purpose of this thread is to unite us as brother and sisters, religion shouldn't seperate us either! So, please feel free to salute everyone in here, in whatever way you choose. Please, let's not post any tribalistic comments here - if someone pronounces something wrong in your language, correct them respectfully. It'll be nice to leave religion out too. I'll start things off as I know - Urhobo waa doh! Ehen!! Isoko waa doh! Ehen!! Imoni meh waa doh! Ehen!! Ighele waa doh! Ehen!! Igbo Kwezuenu! Yah! Nigerians, I salute you all! |
