Kindly note d 3blocks on d beams. It increasing d head room hence improve / allows for better aeration. U can also observe d neat block setting which prevents waste of cement n mortal generally during plastering.

Did you use step tiles aluminium or stone coated?
What type of wood was used for the roofing?

My site is currently halfway but may need you to help out with a few things

we used aluminium for the roofing. it is concealed hence no need to use stone coated step tile.
for parapet i do precast. it is cheaper than to cast insitu. if u cast insitu, u will use 1, granite, 2, iron rod, 3, wood and plywood while all u need for precast is cement and sand, binding wire and nails..
i will do precast parapet for you at 4000 Naira per meter labor. you only buy the material(cement and a few bags of cement) to save some cost.

I used oguruguru. It's anti termite. Due to d odour.

Time is money and money is time. How much extra was paid to have the cement poured in 2 hours as opposed to all day manual work?

Good job there!. whats the rate for the Concrete truck and the rate for the Pump truck?
