help help help !!!! My infinix hot note is always going off whenever it is idle. This problem has been occurring for days please kindly help me am getting tired already not enjoying my phone any longer always going off when it not in use . please please please help me !! |

The phone battery got drained, and u were forcing it to on, u need to reset it by pressing the volume key - +and the same time and the power button use the - + to navigate to factory reset make sure you back up before u reset 1 Like |
