It has a deed of assignment and family receipt, its not under any acquisition and its a developed area.

Direction: Greenville Estate directly along the road and it is on the left side of the road before getting to cooperative villa. i will try and go there to take a pic to post soon.

Are you sure it is not under government acquistion? Is greenville estate not close to the the marine or aquatic school (I have forgotten the name of that institute but it has to do with marine life)? I am very conversant with that area!
