When eva it asks u for access point,choose mtn access or mtn gprs,either one that has no proxy address and port. Make sure u have upto about N100 on ur mtn sim for this activation. Abeg give us feedback

@fogman update ur e71 to the latest firmware first. If ur phone is branded to a network,then change product code b4 updating. E71 latest firmware update version is 410.21.010
