After 63 years and 7 months at the helm, HM Queen Elizabeth II has become Britain’s longest-serving monarch.

She ascended to the throne on 6 February 1952, She is the world's oldest reigning monarch as well as Britain's longest-lived. On 9 September 2015,which is today at around 17:30 local time in Britain, she surpassed the record of her great-great-grandmother Victoria, who reigned from 20 June 1837 until her death on 22 January 1901

Because it's Britian it's allowed. If an African leader lasts that long they will scream dictatorship. Gadhafi comes to my mind. Hypocrites.
