Just started a Hotel project on the Island Ajah Lagos and need a JV to finance, the business towards long-term growth. the completion is only taking two mouths as soon as the fund is available. As the hotel is now 80/85% completion.

I am an entrepreneur with expertise in business, strategy and re-estate/ hospitality development, with over 7 years experience, The business partner will invest in this business at a premium, in return for a fixed percentage in the earnings of the business over a set time.
