* They mismanaged our debt profile, and made a mess of debt servicing, thereby making us unreliable to the international markets, and making us a slave to the likes of the Paris club
* They even failed at security, which was their number 1 job
* To formulate viable economic policies which would have taken into cognizance the future of the country
* To build a strong capital and money market
* To improve the manufacturing sector
* To industrialise the nation
The truth is that the military: PMB included, just like he is doing once more, failed to plan, and so planned to fail. The military spent its time more on chasing shadows and trying to maintain control of the people so as to remain in power. The PDP, has spent the last 16 years, trying to clean up the mess created by the military in cohorts with selfish and myopic individuals like TINUBU and AKANDE. Unfortunately, once more, this people are back to destroy all the PDP have selflessly done to make this nation great. [/s]

And even of that where true, was 16 years not big enough for them to have done this things?

Because it is within this 16 years that things collapsed in the country, power supply, textile industry, ALSCON, EAGLE CEMENT, AND SO many other things. Within the 16 years, they cannot diversify the economy but rallied solely on oil, and even when oil sales was at an all time high, they failed to plan.

Was 16 years not enough for them to build a strong institution? Improve on power supply? But rather! Things deteriorate
