ABOUT NIPR The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) is the Professional body that regulates the practice and education of Public Relations in Nigeria. It was chartered in 1990 and grants membership to interested professional through it's certification examinations. There are three(3) parts in all to complete the programme. The first two parts make up the certificate stage, while the last part is the professional diploma stage. Mass comm and Marketing graduates can get exemptions from the certificate stage and will be required to do the final stage.
