Well, did you fill the Married part of it?
And is do you have their pictures yet? I mean your wife and if possible ur kid(s)?
The cafe where you are browsing should be having the problem. Try another cafe that is reliable. About 7 PCs are on here now with DVlottery forms opened.

its possible to have an headway 2ru the dv lottery.
i had submitted my own entry and for my wife.
PROCEDURE:

1. TAKE YOUR DIGITAL PIX AND OTHER DEPENDANTS e.g wife, children under 21years &
unmarried.

2. AT A CYBERCAFE TELL THEM TO SCAN IT AT 30 BY 30 PIXELS FOR HEIGHT AND WIDTH

3. SAVE IT TO COMPUTER DESKTOP.

4. GET TO THE WEB: www.dvlottery.state.gov

5. open the form and fill it out. attach the pix where necessary.

6. QUESTIONS ARE SIMPLE PERSONAL ONES.
