How many young women's lives have been ruined by lecturers such as this? From the university law faculties to the law school, sexual harassment of female students seems to be the hallmark, especially, of law training in Nigeria. These incidents have become so rampant in all Nigerian universities that young girls have to, or have been made to expect it by their senior colleagues. Indeed, some female students have learned to initiate the relationship as the only way to advance in their studies. Thus giving these shameless and randy lecturers the impression that all students facing some academic challenges under them is game. Once in a while the involved lecturers (who tend to have each each other's back), meet a resistance such as in this case, if proven to be true. And if all the "investigations" conclusively prove this allegation, not only should the lecturer be sent behind bars, that female student should be protected from the other gang members (lecturers) in the faculty. Otherwise, it's going to be a living hell for her, henceforth.

moscobabs, that prof is a serial rapist, he is known for that at that faculty, that is his life style, i finished from that faculty. better still go do ur investigations. For me suspension is not enough, his license should be taken from him

I just don't understand, is this the season of rape? Or is it that rape victims are getting bolder hence they report such to the police who are now doing their job? I doubt this story is true. First of all lectures in Unical began last week, so how will a lecturer give a test if lectures just began? Two, the vice chancellor is not prof. Ivara Esu, it's prof. Jame Epoke. Epoke took over from Ivara Esu. Ivara Esu is now the incumbent deputy governor of cross river state. Abeg make una no come dey blow lie give here
