1,the patent for the "sensitive" equipment needed for the power generation itself is not from China it from Europe.China is paying the original patent for it use.
so you are paying China as a middle man
2.the other facilities you already have them in Nigeria.
3.the only cost effective items ate steel sections either hot,rolled or machined are not manufactured here but the cheapest is China steel.(these are for mainly structural which you have over enough pros here).
4chinese will only use its staff for its jobs down except for tgr menial ones.

Nigeria labour cost us cheaper than China.
