It’s hard enough to tell one pair of identical twins apart, let alone two.

So imagine the confusion faced by visitors to a family home in Moscow, Idaho, where identical twin brothers Phil and Doug Malm live with their wives Jena and Jill – who are identical twin sisters themselves.

Both couples live under the same roof with one child each – and unsurprisingly their kids look pretty similar.

The men, 58, and the women, 48, married in 1993 at the Twins Festival – the largest gathering of twins in the world which has been known to attract up to 3,000 sets of siblings.

The Malms returned to the festival 22 years on in the aptly named town of Twinsburg, Ohio, to celebrate their anniversary, Inside Edition reported.
