To those who as been trying to Apply but to no avail...I just got a tip from a friend in the Police Service Commission that The portal is crowded presently with thousands of Nigerians, So therefore its difficult to gain access....He thereafter adviced us to access to site at mid night whereby majority are on bed already......2AM/3AM at midnight
