Bimminglights:

Please did you apply to Uinverssity of Stavanger?
If yes please how do I get my statement of enrollment form to be approved by my school’s registrar

I really do not know as I am done with my higher education and so do not need it. But perhaps you need to complete it with your school and send it with your transcript to Norway.

Hello all, I have my student copy of my transcript, can I send it to the school I'm applying to or it must come from my school.
If yes, like how long will it take, I'm planning to start applying to Stavagner Uni

Hello everyone, I'm just about to apply due to finance issue. Although most schools have completed their registration but I found out that University of Stavanger registration is still on and the required proof of fund is 130,000 Nok which is about 5.9 million when I did the conversation through Google. Please who knows which other Norwegian school is still accepting applications at this time. I will appreciate any useful information from you guys thank you very much.

Also apart from Stavanger, any other school still available?

Make the mistake of sending the hard copy you have and kiss your chance good bye. The transcript hard copy must come from your school and not from you. The copy you have with you which I believe is a student copy should only by attached as soft copy when applying on the portal. Your school has to send the hard copy I repeat.

You can use anybody as sponsor provided the amount in the account statement is equal to or more than 126,000 nok and also the person writes a sponsorship letter. The country which the account statement is coming from is irrelevant.

Hello, please the statement of account, must the money be in my account for over 2 months or what they need is just the current balance, because I have someone who want to transfer the money to me, I want to apply to University of Stavanger

The money does not have to be in your account for 2 months. Your sponsor need not transfer the money to you. Just show a closing balance of the required amount. Sure you are aware that if offered admission, you are required to transfer 126,000 nok (N 6.2m - N 6.4m depending on exchange rate) before you are given your visa.

You are approximately given two years to search for a job in Norway depending on your Location.....
I do think New Norway Prime Minister has plans in extending the Number of years.
Alta in Troms og Finnmark county is extremely Lonely.
Just wish you could be able to bear the Northern Norway severe weather when the time arises...................

Compliment of the season. A quick one and it is urge t. I applied for university of molde and didn’t upload signed application forms before deadline. I just noticed that you can still upload documents for the school on studweb if you initially have your documents there already. Although date of uploads will be on the portal, is it advisable to upload the application after deadline is met.

Also an important question. The school require in the application form to state if I am applying to another school in Norway and to state which school. I am thinking of stating that I am not applying to any other school even though I am applying to stavenger. Is it a wise choice....also if I provide the truth by telling them I am applying to another school in Norway. will there be any pull back if they notice I am applying to another school in Norway?

What is the best way to go about it

After school, you can apply for job seeker visa. The visa last for one year. But to apply you need to show about 217000NOK in your Norwegian account. If you are not able to get a professional job before your visa expires then you have to leave. And they said odd jobs like working in grocery store, cleaning or kitchen staff doesn't count as professional job.

I also noticed that you can still upload documents even as deadline has pass. But each doc you upload have a date attached and as they have stated, all required docs should be uploaded b4 deadline. But you can go ahead and upload tho.

Also, all universities in Norway use same application portal, so I guess you should be truthful and state the other schools you are applying to. They probably can verify this info from their end.

Please very urgent,
Do I need to create a new soknadsweb account everytime I want to apply to a new school
Re: Nigerians In Oslo, Norway by uchechukwu007(m): 2:15pm On Jan 01, 2022
No you don’t have to. All you need to do is use a different log in on the same website. It can be the same email but a different password will be generated for you. Just register as a new user For the new school with the instruction I just gave you

I spent a year in a school in Western Norway, a small town called Norhemisun, near Bergen. Norwegiens are basically friendly people. I still have a lot of friends around Oslo
How's the weather like, is it that very bad?

The two answers below are conflicting, please someone help clarify this point so prospects like us will be well informed

After schooling in Norway, would they allow you to stay back and look for work? and if yes, how easy is it to get a professional job in Norway?

To the school's account. It is a requirement to be issued a visa.
If you don't send the money, forget about the admission which in turn will lead to a visa denial.
When you get to Norway and you open a bank account, the school will then send you back all your money.
