Many Nigerians are unhappy in their jobs and during my local travels, I recognize that job dissatisfaction is not just a Lagos thing…it is a global thing actually. You know, people get jobs for different reasons, chief of which is monetary. In fact, when you hear the reasons behind some people’s decisions to take on the job they currently have and what they have to go through on a daily basis to keep the job, you will shake your head, laugh, cry and cry some more.

Well, it is not really a crying matter if you are the one not happy with your job, you’ve got to do something about it.
