My account is already verified but there is address problem here , a 2 was input as 1 on my account and that is where the problem is , I have to provide new documents that matches the one on my account.

example , my address # is 18 but my account says 28.

Simply open a new account with the correct address (i.e #18) but use a different email address and get the new account verified with ur bank card that has same address.
it happened to me, i just opened a new account with different address and i contacted their customer service (support) to inform them and asked them to close the old account, and they did it under 48hrs. Simple.

Yes, I have used it but any withdrawal you make they will charge you $6 + 2.6% of the amount you are withdrawing. If you use the card in any ATM in Nigeria, it will convert the amount you are withdrawing to Naira using the current exchange rate but I am thinking of changing my neteller currency to Naira so they won't be charging me that $6

At ops if you can pay 30k for it. I will give you mine. The stress I went through for my guy in Italy to send my net card for me don't worth to sell it that cheaply.
