Television footage from Joso, a city in north of the capital, Tokyo showed people clinging to the rooftops. Residents are stuck on roofs.

It isn't a movie. This is a popular scene if you watch international news channels, I remembered even AIT and NTA display this. But it is an old event tho, The Japan Tsunami of 2011 to be precised. A simple Google search would display worst scene than this.

But your first pic is from the Tsunami of 2011. At least try blogging with current pictures. We all know Japan is a disaster prone country with flood, earthquakes happening every now and then. At least use the right pics for the current event.
