Well ur phone make matters alot,we cant help u if u dont help us to help u.
U can as well go to playstore and get screenshot apps dem full dia

If your phone is running Android 4.0 and above... Hold the power button and the volume down button simultaneously. Or for some Samsung phones, Hold the power button and the home button.
