HEY GUYS IVE BEEN TRYING FOR TWO WEEKS TO OPEN A PAYPAL ACCOUNT WITHOUT SUCCESS.IVE TRIED EVERYTHING POSSIBLE BUT IT KEEPS DISPLAY INCORRECT INFORMATION OR STH.MY PASSWORD ARE ACCURATE AND COMPLEX. ALL THE OTHER FATA TOO. I TRIED 5 different browsers too without success. Do I really don't know what to do.

Just request a password change by providing the email address you used in opening the PayPal account from paypal site,then login to that email and do a password reset and you are good to go
