This is a long shot but I'd like to get in touch with someone who works at this landfill in Lagos. I'm thinking of basing my masters thesis around this area and have a lot of questions to ask, to begin with:

What kind of refuse ends up in the dump? Is there a good mix of plastics, cans, broken electrical appliances and food waste? Maybe even rubble from demolitions?

I hear there's an appointed leader of the site who settles disputes etc, is there a way of contacting this person online?

How much on average do the scavengers that work on the site make per day?
