Tkester: I am at loss to where you coming from, pls educate me, you want change you yearned for a better nigeria yet you dont want crimminals brought to justice, how will corruption go away if you do not fight corruption, yes it is true the Nigerian political arena is dominated by corrupt men and women and removing them all is impossible, the next logical step will be how to get them to change, how can that stealing attitude be persuaded to change, this is what PMB is doing, President Buhari is interested in getting as much looted money back as possible and anybody (Saraki) who is refusing to play ball or trying to frustrate this strategy will face the music, be well assured PMB is not going after anybody if you can return a certain percentage of what u stole you are free to go, if you say you will frustrate these plans then life will be hell 4 that person, all the politicians are very dirty and there is just too many offenses to pick from, on the issue of vision and strategy this is irrelevant becos no matter how much you encourage economic growth if a group of people keep on looting proceeds of growth you are back to square one or how do you explain running a business only to have your manager steal your money, you have to place the donkey b4 the cart and not vice versa. I know you support PDP but the truth is we can not have that set of people come back to rule us again, no way! until the party can get rid of the old guard, or reform itself and become the party of the working man with a good anti corruption core, until then PDP is going nowhere, so it either changes or dies a natural death within two years 4 Likes 1 Share |

May God continue to keep pur fearless President....Gone are the days when some weaklings are in Aso Rock and thieves breath down on Nigerians with reckless abandon. Mr Saraki should not be 'afraid' to face the law court; *******except there are hidden issues that are being excavated....****** 1 Like |

Saraki - a pompous thief. He needs to be used as a scapegoat to let others like him know that its no longer business as usual. Imagine a number 3 citizen smuggling himself into office through forgery like a contraband item. 1 Like |

sweatlana:Just as tinubu and APC does not have the numbers in the senate to impeach Saraki.....so also does Saraki and PDP not have the numbers to impeach Buhari......so the battle will go to the Code of Conduct Tribunal where they have powers to strip him of his seat in the senate if found guilty...and who do you think will win that battle btw PMB and Saraki?....your guess is as good as mine...people seem to have forgotten that PMB is a General,Saraki is simply no match for him not with all the skeletons has in his cupboard 1 Like |

Battle line has bn drawn btwn Saraki and PMB. And am sure PMB cannot afford to loose his grip now. He knows dat if Saraki escape he will arm bush him and being a tactful soldier he will hold on to his jugular till he surrenders. #criminals ruling us. |

I thought APC supporters were educated lot but with their lynch attitude on this case, they exposed their behind. I want to advise all of them to google the act setting up the Code of Conduct Burea ( and read the section on procedure for instituting a case against anybody). Without an Attorney General, the Code of Conduct cannot invite anyone to answer to any charges! Buhari that said ministers are just noise makers has learnt a bitter lesson here. Saraki going to the Federal High court is legally within his right and the Code of Conduct Burea erred completely by disobeying another court. 1 Like |

Who said that the change mantra is not reality? Gen. Buhari please ride on, the masses are behind you. If the previous administrations were alive to their constitutional responsibilities ,there would have been a lot of improvement in the way our public office holders conduct the affairs of the state. i like what is going on because it will instil fear into public servants and also lead to deeper and extensive probe. i even envisage the effect spiraling to the administration of Gen. Babangida were corruption began its journey. NIGERIA MUST BE BETTER, let us support Mr President in is war against this monster called corruption. themilanway:Commonsense you no get! You horde of gullible zombies are falling over yourselves celebrating a phantom victory which Tinubu's media are feeding you without doing the most basic of critical thinking. Tinubu's caricature of a newspaper claims to have been told via phone that Saraki would be arrested by the police. Now who has confirmed that? Which other media platform has corroborated the claim? Are we dealing with a mere police functionary or the IGP under whose purview this matter falls given the magnitude of the reliefs being sought? Do the police issue press statements via the requisite channels or through phone calls? It is time you began to think... |
