Well, Tinubu was brought before the Code of Conduct tribunal, and nothing wrong was found against him. (And this was under GEJ's rule).

His certificates were brought into question at a court of law too....and again he was let off the hook.

So....even though he might have looted.....as far as the courts are concerned.....Mr Tinubu is innocent.

From the word go PMB told them that he does not want to intervene in NA matters but that the NA should work with the party to ensure that whoever comes into those offices must not be under any investigation, have any allegation or being tried in any court of law. Even though,Saraki has not been tried or convicted, there were enough allegations him. Even though nobody is a saint among the politicians, but let us have those who have not eaten dry the common pot to be on the management. That will effectively give Nigerians the impression that APC wants to fight corruption.

i seriously doubt it. this matter is of the utmost importance. buhari cannot kick-start his government until this issue is addressed and resolved so this is a priority case that will be adjudicated immediately

When you see assets declaration of this magnitude, witch hunt or no witch hunt Kwarans and Nigerians deserve their pound of flesh. For us ordinary Nigerians we need more of these witch hunts to retrieve all of our stolen commonwealth and send these motherfuckers to jail. We might not like to face facts concerning Saraki's wealth, but if this is the Senate President's 2003 asset declaration upon assumption of office as a governor clearly this man was extremely wealthy, with diverse blue chip interests, LONG BEFORE HE BECAME A GOVERNOR IN 2003. We can now safely discount those who claim he became wealthy from being a governor as liars. The rest remains between Saraki and the Code Of Conduct Bureau.

From the way things are going the war against corruption will start from the legislature.Unfortunately most of the senators occupying the seat are one time governor or have held political office in a different capacity.Those of them that will support corruption their case will be open.So they better becareful where they pitch their tent.
