That's not manual. It's benz auto . A manual car can be sold much much more than that too.

How can milage still be this low and car is already worn out and waked to this level?

Advise to buyers :
If you don't know much about cars, do business with reputable car dealers with physical shop around your home. There you can see and confirm all a seller is telling you about the car.
