Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, LASTMA, has embraced another arrangement of booking traffic offenders rather than impounding their vehicles. The new framework which commenced last Friday Sept. 18th, will have LASTMA issuing tickets to defaulters and permitting them to run with their vehicles however the defaulters will be approached to pay a punishment for the offense inside of a stipulated time which will be expressed on the ticket issued. Failure to pay up will sum to capture of such defaulter at their homes.

The inquiry now is, in what manner will they know a defaulters genuine location? Below is a rundown of activity offenses and their punishments as posted on LASTMA's official site...

Do we have detailed address of individual drivers? What about drivers who do not have licences?
