to what degree? Even the ivy league schools still have paper handouts, paper submissions, and chalk boards.
Focus on the primary problem of the poor quality of the school products.

There is nothing impossible in computer. Achieving a PaperLess School is ACHIEVABLE. Talk of all asspect of school education and management. There is one software or the other to successfully turn the Hardcopy papers to softcopy that can easily flow accross boards.
