You still don't get. I never said she had control over NNPC . But wasn't it her job to manage the finances of the Federal Government of Nigeria, including managing, controlling and monitoring federal revenues and expenditures.

Are you saying NNPC remits money into the federation account without details of what was spent and received? Sorry, there's no way out of this. It's either she was complicit or she wasn't diligent. And that is the crux of the matter.
