No, I have not used it before. But if the painter recommending it have used it, and its quality is assured. You can use it. What brand of it do u wish to use? Silk? Matt? Emulsion? Textcoat? What is the prices?

We started work today on this Duplex.
Location: Besides Memphys Neuro Psychiatric Hospital, Penoks, Enugu.

Description: A duplex of 6 rooms, sitting room, Ante room, Dinning and pent house.

Products to use: DULUX silk and Matt

Do note that painting the inside commenced today... Will be posting more pics. I have ask the client to remove the scaffolding, they are very weak already. Will use ladder instead...

Hello, why not? As long as you want Gravitex. However, if you can reach me let's talk about other paintings.... Am sure you are not doing gravitex all round. And how do you hope to maintain it when it becomes dirty or stays long?

Based on what they claimed the paint need very little maintainable. Dirt can be washed off with water.

I hope to use it for the exterior of the house of it's affordable me use different kind of paint for indoors.

If it's not too affordable i to hope to use it as an accent for the bottom half of the house

In Nowas filling station Trans ekulu, Enugu, there is a Genesis Restaurant there, Gravitex was used on the outside, you need to see how it looks now.

However, if your house is n an area with no dust, like a well tarred estate, you can do gravitex, if is n an area where dust will easily do it, please refrain.

This is a good point. I'll think on it. But I'm sure a power hose with pressure should be able to remove dust. It depends on how the owner maintains it too.

Is OK sir. Left to me, I would suggest you do a paint that occasionally you can repaint and recoat. A power hose with pressure will sure remove dust but not dirt.

Inside first, outside later. However, it depends on the pint being used and the type of surface. If it is a screeded wall and you are using silk paint then there is no problem.
But if it's text coat or emulsion, we can plan to paint when the rain subsides
