Our client is a high-end insurance firm that is highly regarded in the sub-sector of the economy.

Currently in expansion mode, the client has vacancies for the following vacancies in underwriting/client service department:

• Assistant Manager
• Deputy Manager
• Manager
• Senior Manager
• Asst General Manager
• Account / Senior Account Executives
• Senior Account Executive (Marketing) with experience in underwriting/client
service

Core Duties for the above positions include, but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities/Duties

• Conduct of Surveys and Preparation of Survey Reports.
• Audit of policy documents/endorsements to ensure that the wordings of terms
and conditions are adequate and are prepared according to instructions
• Prompt resolution of client request/queries
• Ability to Assess risk portfolio and design seamless risk management package
for the client.
• Design and placement of insurance policies for clients with approved insurers
• Preparing quotation/placement slips/cover notes for new business
• Negotiating rates & terms for new policies.
• Knowledge and understanding of the third party providers – adjusters,
surveyors etc
• Knowledge of Regulators and regulatory requirements

Persons Specification
 Minimum of 4 years experience in insurance practice
 University Degree any of the following: Social Sciences, Arts, Law, Engineering
 Associate membership of CII Nigeria or CII London an added advantage
 Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other applications
 Good communication interpersonal and social skills
