This very strange incident broke the heart of almost all the people Otukpo it happened at Vanapo Hotel junction in the early hours of yesterday, Thursday 24. According to the witnesses the teenage boy was said to be riding his motorcycle with two others to an abattoir when they got stuck in a puddle of water on the road, close to an electric pole that was poorly insulated.
