Few days i tried to make a transfer from my savings account which serves as business account where my clients make payment to.
It came back that there's a restriction on my account. I called the contact center,After speaking to different operators who gave
different reasons why it was restricted. I was told my Active account is dormant and needed an update.

It was stunning to know,that an account with almost daily transaction could be dormant.I filled the dormant form and havent gotten any response from Gt. I emailed gtcare@gtbank.com and got a response that recipents email is full.

Contact care says restriction is based on BVN. I explained that BVN isnt due till October 31st and that other banks aint restricting accounts base on this. I can receive money ,but cant transfer my money

I am unhappy with the way this has being handled,and suspicious as one of the operator i spoke with asked if i collected loan from the bank.

I like to know if there are Nigerians living abroad experiencing same problem with Gtbank.
